Pack Securely
Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, and include a copy of your approved RMA form inside the shipping carton.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the products back to our distribution center for inspection.
Receive Refund
