Step By Step Application:

1. After applying the second coat of Gelish® Gel Polish & curing, applya thin coat of Blooming Gel. Do not cure.
2. With a dotting tool or a brush, apply desired colors to create the bloom effect & cure for 30 seconds.
3. Finish with Gelish® Top It Off Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds.
